Great Great value in Pigeon Forge if you get the family pack only available on their website. Family pack includes four loaner wands, one hour of magi quest for all four family members, four tickets to mirror maze and four rounds of mini golf and 16 credits to arcade. Was fun and entertaining for about 2-3 hours. Magiquest part was fun for my seven year old for about half an hour and then he was done with it. He had fun but said it was hard. Kids that age just need to work with an older person who can tell them simply what they need to find and help them find the things. However, teen sister loved it and both parents loved it too. I would say age 8 and up for magiquest is ideal. It was all great and we will return.

It was our first time here and didn’t know what to expect. It’s a great place to bring your kids especially if they’re into the Harry Potter genre. But there are other attractions such as a mirror maze, glow in the dark mini golf, arcade games and a snack bar. This place is 2 stories with the second floor primarily for the Quest. Your kids could actually spend hours there doing quests from easy to hard. We had a little bit of difficulty at the beginning, but the supervisor or manager helped us along the first quest. And soon after we were able to do it on our own. We got our tickets through Groupon, and thought it was a good deal. 4 quest entrees, 4 mini golf, and 4 entrees into the mirror maze. But I don’t remember the price though. On the other hand, you purchase tickets at the counter. They have plenty of free parking with wheel chair accessible parking right at the front. And you can’t miss it from the main road.

Great place, decent price for Entertainment. We always bring the magic wands with us, they have an all day pass once you purchase ur wand. Fun for the whole family. No matter what age you are it's fun. Different quest, to figure out, dragons goblins to fight fairies to save. The staff actually enjoys their job and they're friendly and helpful. 👍👍

We had so much fun with the kids and grandkids! The staff could be a tad more helpful. We spent a lot of time in the beginning just trying to figure out how to play the game. The facilities were very interactive and fun to experiment with! The grandkids were wiped out when we were done!

I had never been to a Magiquest before, we just came for the black light pirate mini golf. But it was a lot of fun and there was no one else in there playing so it wasn't crowded at all and we had the whole area to ourselves. Super fun time! I thought it was glow in the dark not black light so I didn't wear the right clothes but I definitely recommend wearing white or a bright color that will shine!

This was our first time to MagiQuest. The kids (10, 8, and 6 yrs old) loved the quest. We've played DnD and games like Cora Quest at home, so they understood the idea. The wands were easy to learn to use. The quests were difficult enough to keep them interested but easy enough that they weren't frustrated. We definitely plan to go back next time we are in town.

Took my girls over the weekend for our fall break trip. We had so much fun. The Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about their games. We spent an hour and a half playing the magiquest game then we went in the mirror maze. That was so fun. The put-put golf course was well laid out. We had trouble with one of the arcade games taking my credits but not starting the game. We went and told the staff and they put my credits back on the card and went and fixed the game. We will be back !!!

MagiQuest was a BLAST! We had a quick vacation, and we were on a tight budget. Right before we checked out of our budget hotel, which was tiny with zero walking room, I searched for "family activities near me" on Google to look for something we could do to get our wiggles out before the drive home. MagiQuest was the first result, so I read the reviews. Then I checked the prices. For our family of 4, we could do FOUR activities for $89.99 (plus tax - and this was an online-only deal!). I decided to give it a go, as I have driven past that castle dozens of times and have never visited. I was pleasantly surprised. The MagiQuest game was AWESOME! To give you a summary of the activity, you get a wand that has some kind of electronic element, a booklet describing the game, and there are 3 "worlds" to visit upstairs in the building. At any time you can point your wand at a summary screen (provided throughout the worlds), and you choose a quest or see your progress. Using the booklet and clues provided by the summary screen, you visit the different worlds and point your wand at various objects, collecting them to complete the quest. The quests start out super easy and get harder. My family (with two gamer preteens) LOVED it! You only get 60 minutes with the family pass; I was able to complete 2 quests and almost get through a third. There was still a lot more to do! And if you return, you can tell them your name and DOB and they will reload your game so you can continue! Then we played mini golf, went through the mirror maze, and played in the arcade (all included in the family pass). We were at MagiQuest for almost 3 hours, and I've been to Gatlinburg dozens of times and I have never made it out of an attraction for $100 for 4 people. Ever. The MagiQuest part is probably not ideal for anyone under.. 8? I saw some families bringing in toddlers and I thought that was pretty silly; not only can they not understand the quests but there are lots of nooks and crannies and teens/adults walking briskly around to find objects. As far as the crowds, yeah, it's best if there are less people there for the same reasons as anything else. When we first got there, there weren't that many people but they seemed to pile in near the end of our quest. I suggest planning your MagiQuest on an off-peak day/time for best results. I read several reviews that said the mirror maze was much smaller than it used to be, but we still had a blast in it. The rest of my family made it to the exit, but I got stuck and I could see their reflections but couldn't find them. It was hilarious. The mini golf was very fun - blacklight and the courses were okay. It wasn't the best minigolf I've ever done but it wasn't the worst. We had.. I think 42 credits for the arcade? Skeeball was 2 credits per game, if that tells you anything. The wife and I didn't care to play so we let the kids use all the credits. They ended up with 180 points, and got some little trinkets from the redemption stand. Overall, we would totally go back to MagiQuest to continue our adventures. I would definitely choose my day and time wisely. I don't think we would do the mirror maze or mini golf again, but the game and the arcade would be a fun visit in the future for sure.

I took my 6-year old daughter here and we absolutely loved it! The staff was incredible & so helpful. I thought it was affordable for the time we spent there (I bought my daughter the unlimited pass so she could keep her wand & I got the cheaper one that you borrow a wand). The mini golf was fun & my daughter loved the music in the mirror maze. She didn’t want to leave. She liked dancing around it. We saw adults enjoying the quests and were more into it than the kids! Definitely fun for all ages!

We drove from Houston to Tennessee to come here! My daughter loved it so much! She was slightly disappointed they didn't have a store like the great wolf lodges do with magiquest gear. She finished the book in 3 days! Spent about 2-3 hours there each day. Really cool building inside and out! The other activities were fun too!

Affordable Fun for Family of 5! Pleasantly surprised! We did not know what to expect. We purchased the family bundle which included 4 wands for 60 minutes, 4 admissions to the mirror maze, 4 admissions to 17 holes of black light golf, and some credits for the arcade- approximately 10 games total. That cost around $100. We purchased wands for the kids to take home at $12 each. We played with the wands in magiquest for 90 minutes (used additional 30 minutes). Our 8-year old made completing the 12 quests her current life goal-so intense. We were given a booklet that outlined each quest, giving helpful hints that directed us around the 3 sections of the play area. Our basically 4-year old was exhausted after hunting for clues for 45 minutes. We went to the car for the baby carrier. We saw other moms using strollers, which is a great idea, if your stroller is a smaller type. Our little one required some assistance casting her wand for higher placed objects. Our 6-year old also enjoyed this experience, but ran out of steam after 1 hr of magi quest play. Our 8-year old would’ve played until she completed all the quests, but working as a family with little ones slowed us down. Dad and the 8-year old completed 8/12 quests in 90 minutes while the rest of us completed 6/12 in 90 minutes. Mini golf was the favorite of the younger two. The course was not complicated which was great for our little first time putters. Mirror maze was beautiful, but my kids were kind of scared we wouldn’t make it out. We found our way through in about 6 minutes and there was an exit door half way through with the option to leave early. Arcade games were perfect for our young kids. We will definitely come back to take advantage of the day of play with no time limits for $20 per player. Staff told us our games are saved in their system. Staff was super kind and helpful. We spent almost 4 hrs at MagiQuest to do all the activities. I would recommend for families with elementary aged kids. And bathrooms were PRISTINE!!! So impressed with clean facilities. And hand sanitizer all around. Great experience! Highly recommend to others, and we will definitely be back!

Highly recommend! I’d recommend making use of the 90 min. combo package to get the most out of everything; it’s honestly not that much more for what you get out of the upgrade. MagiQuest the game might sound a little childish reading about it, but me and my girlfriend had a great time (early 20’s). We came close to close, so we only purchased 60 min. worth of questing time. Wish we could’ve spent another 30 because that’s probably all you’d need to finish the main quests. You would probably need another hour (I’m guessing) to finish the adventures. We didn’t even touch those. Arcade selection was pretty small but still good. Had a nice variety of ticket winning/claw machines and actual games. The golf course was a very fun addition. It’s not the best golf course in the world, but it’s nice if you’re already there. We weren’t able to touch the mirror maze due to time constraints, but everything else had already felt very much worth it.

Fun and immersive game! My child played Magi Quest at Great Wolf Lodge Williamsburg and wanted to do Magi Quest in Pigeon Forge. It was a fun and active time (in the air conditioning and not in the rain lol)! We were traveling with an older friend, and she enjoyed playing as well. The Magi Quest games do not transfer from one facility to another, so you start a new game at each MagiQuest location. But you can use the same wand at all locations. It was a fun way to get my steps in for the day, walking around gathering the treasures for each quest.

Our family absolutely loved this place. Kids are 12, 15, and 17. They had such a blast. We bought the Ultimate Pass which allowed for 90 minutes of quest, mini-golf, and the mirror maze...plus a wand to keep. And yes, all three kiddos were excited about picking out their wands. We have 3 very different types of kids. As adults, we even enjoyed the quests. The toughest part was trying to get the kids to stop telling us where everything was! The mini-golf is glow in the dark. Super fun. Did not expect that when we walked in. Probably a close tie for our favorite part was the mirror maze. Have your phone out! Every kid hit a wall...super entertaining as a parent! We spent hours there. We were able to leave and come back to finish up. Definitely a must do!!!!! The only thing that was a little disappointing was the arcade credit with the package. You get 12 credits. Every game, basically, is 4 credits. So this does not go very far. They do offer a 10.00 upgrade, per person, for a total of 18 credits. Yet, that only gives you 1.5 more games.

Lots of bang for your buck! 4 activities and clean place to hang out for a good part of the day! One of the best places to visit for fun and interactivity! 4 places in 1! 1.Upstairs is a maze of rooms to explore to find your goal in your chosen quest with 'magic wands' and your own smarts! It fun for little kids to work with their parents or older kids to tackle! Adults enjoy figuring out the clues, too! You can choose an hour or hour and a half visits. When my daughter was about 8 we visited and finished 2 quests in an hour. She went now at 20 with her BF and they completed 7 in 1 1/2 hrs. 2. They have a mirror maze downstairs. We didn't go so I can't speak on it. 3. Indoor blacklight minigolf! Very well decorated, very fun! We all 3 enjoyed this very much! 4. Arcade area! About medium size I'd say, but plenty for everyone to enjoy. They had a small eatery that was reasonably priced, and very clean bathrooms! For less than $50 bucks per adult and you get all the above (minus the eatery) it's money well spent! I only did the minigolf and it's only $13, so well worth the visit in my opinion!

This place is amazing! My husband, myself and our two sons, ages 9 and 11, had the BEST time ever!! We embarked on the journey of becoming Master Magi, and it was incredibly awesome! There is so much to see and do on the quests, and the staff is super helpful if you need it. We finished 6 quests in 90 minutes, but there are 12 quests you can do altogether. Once all 12 quests are completed, you can do additional adventures. We already can't wait to go back to continue on our quests! Hands down recommend this place and am very impressed with this company!

Best time at MagiQuest! We went into Magiquest not really knowing if we would like it but we left loving our experience! Hunter was very helpful to us at the front and was super great with my 7-year old. He suggested packages that would fit our needs and it made a huge difference in our day! Alex helped us with Magi training and during the game itself. They were super helpful and friendly! 10/10 would recommend to everyone and anyone!
